The Wendy House offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in 2 separate self-catering units, each with their own private entrance and secure off-street parking. The Wendy House is centrally situated in quiet, safe and secure surroundings in Rondebosch, and is ideal for families and friends travelling together, business travellers, and students doing research at the University of Cape Town.
Units 1 and 2 are situated at the front of the house and can be made into interleading units if necessary, ideal for family or friends travelling together. Each unit has a bathroom, and is equipped with all DStv channels and internet access, and are serviced 3 times a week. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided, and each unit has a private patio and braai area where guests can enjoy the mountain view from the unit, or from the swimming pool area at the back of the house.
During loadshedding there are LED bedside lights and lamps, a gas cooker and back-up Wi-Fi.
The Wendy House is less than 10 minutes from the Mowbray and Rondebosch golf courses, Newlands Rugby Stadium, Western Province Cricket Club and squash courts, University of Cape Town, and the Red Cross Children’s Hospital. Vincent Palotti Hospital is 10 minutes away and Cape Town International Airport is 16 minutes away.
