Theewaterskloof Country Estate is situated on the Theewaterskloof Dam, and offers a charming and peaceful retreat in a 4-bedroom house nestled within the bounds of a well-maintained 9-hole golf course.
The house comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and an open-plan lounge and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms situated upstairs, and 2 bedrooms situated downstairs, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest toilet downstairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The house is equipped with a TV and a DVD player, and offers a double garage for secure parking. There is a braai area outside, as well as a covered patio upstairs, overlooking the golf course.
An additional 4 children, under the age of 12 years, can be accommodated if needed on a sleeper couch and mattresses. Please enquire for more information.
The estate offers a swimming pool and tennis courts, and boating is permitted on the dam with the correct documentation. 4-wheelers are also allowed in certain areas around the dam.
