Thorntree Country Lodge is situated in on the R328, just outside of Oudtshoorn, and offers quality accommodation for a family or group of friends. It is within easy reach of numerous activities and attractions, as well as the shops and restaurants of the town.

The Lodge is a restored, 17th-century building in the picturesque Schoemanshoek Valley and reflects the typical architectural style of the Klein Karoo.

The accommodation comprises 19 rooms to choose from as well as 2 self-catering chalets. The Queen Room is equipped with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, twin basin and toilet. The room also features air-conditioning, coffee- and tea-making facilities, a bar fridge and valuables safe.

The Double Room is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, twin basin and toilet. The room also features air-conditioning, coffee- and tea-making facilities, a bar fridge and valuables safe.

The Twin Room is equipped with 2 single beds, which can be combined by prior arrangement, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, twin basin and toilet. The room also features air-conditioning, coffee- and tea-making facilities, a bar fridge and valuables safe.
