Children under the age of 18 are not permitted.
The gates to the Eco Estate are operational from 15:00 and gates close at 18:00
Guests should please notify the establishment beforehand if they will be arriving late. Check-ins after 19:00 have to be escorted by rangers as a protective measure for the animals.
Meals are available in Café Sabuthi on the premises. Please ensure to book 24 hours in advance.
Spa treatments are available and should be arranged in advance to avoid disappointment. Payment via credit card or EFT when making a booking is required.
Please note that there is a gravel road leading to the establishment. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the road, before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
