Tibouchina No 5 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished 4-bedroom duplex with partial ocean views in the coastal village of Southbroom, conveniently located within close proximity to Southbroom beach.

The unit can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a kitchen, and an open-plan lounge and dining area. All 4 bedrooms contain twin beds which can be converted into double beds. The bathrooms comprise a bath and a shower, and the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with cutlery and crockery, a combination fridge-freezer, oven and stove, microwave, and a kettle. The open-plan lounge and dining area offers partial sea views and is equipped with a TV with a compact selection of DStv channels.

All linen and towels are provided and guests are required to bring their own beach towels. A safe is available for your valuables and there is on-site parking. The unit is secured by armed response, and a cleaning service is available on request at an additional fee. The complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai facilities which guests are welcome to make use of.
