Each room is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. The room is equipped with tea- and coffee-making facilities, a TV with selected DStv channels, and a bar fridge. Bath towels are provided. No private kitchen is available for Bed and Breakfast guests.

5. White room towels may not be used at the pool
6. Suitable swimwear must be worn at the pool at all times.
7. No loud music after 22:00
8. No foreign objects are allowed to be flushed down the toilets, please use the bin provided in the bathroom
9. No private washing or ironing facilities on premises
10. The main kitchen is for staff use only
11. The braai area is for all guests, please keep it clean
12. No cooking facilities in rooms 3 – 8, you may use the dining area, ask your host
13. No visitors after 6 pm, you will be charged or asked to leave premises immediately without a refund.
14. Breakfast is served only between 07:00 am 09:00 am
15. Breakfast is a light continental breakfast that includes bread, pastries, jams, cheese, cereal, juice and coffee and tea.
16. Guests are not allowed to wear pajamas in the dining area
17. Rooms will not be serviced on weekends or public holidays
18. No duvets or blankets are allowed to leave the rooms
19. Please keep other guests in mind when staying at our establishment
20. This establishment is under 24/7 camera surveillance
21. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is hostile, aggressive, obnoxious, or drunk. You will be asked to leave premises immediately and security or police will be contacted to escort you
22. The use of all the facilities is at your own risk
23. Should you need help or have a problem with anything please ask your host for assistance to give us a chance to correct the situation.

The loft-style family room comprises 2 levels. Downstairs is furnished with a double bed and there are 2 single beds in the open loft area upstairs. The 2 single beds are ideal for 2 children between the ages of 8 and 18. The room includes a bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet, and a rustic kitchenette equipped with a mini-oven and 2 -plate stove, a microwave, a bar fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and crockery and cutlery. There is a dining table with benches and a covered braai area outside.
