Description

The Tree House is a spacious self-catering apartment located in Leisure Bay, 7 km from Port Edward, 12 km from the Wild Coast Casino and Water World, and 22 km from Margate. The apartment is located on the ground-floor of the owner’s house, and has its own private entrance.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests, and contains 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The large bedroom contains a double bed, and a tri-bunk bed with a double bed bottom-bunk and single bed top-bunk sleeping 3. The first bathroom contains a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bathroom contains a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and a washing machine. Cutlery and crockery and pots and pans are provided. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs, and a sleeper couch. The lounge contains couches and a TV with a DStv connection, should you wish to bring your own decoder, smart card, cables and remote. Outside, there is a covered deck with outdoor dining furniture and braai facilities.

The owner resides on the top floor of the property, should you have any queries or issues.
