Tree Top Retreat is located in a cul-de-sac in a secluded corner apartment amongst indigenous tree canopies in Durban North, between Durban CBD and Umhlanga Rocks.

This first-floor apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and an open-plan living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a corner bath. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains a double bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.

The living area opens up onto a spacious wrapped-around verandah which has outdoor patio furniture, an outdoor dining set and a gas braai. The verandah overlooks the spacious enclosed garden. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.

The enclosed communal garden includes a trampoline, 3 braai areas and a swimming pool. There is also an honesty bar available on the property.
