Disappointing.

Treelands Castle is in need of a lot of maintenance. The walls have a severe damp problem, and the entire accommodation has a very musty smell to it. The furniture is torn, and the beds are hollow and uncomfortable. The linen is worn. Some of the lights were not working either. Lallie very kindly came to change the one kitchen light for us. She also loaned us her personal router as the WiFi was not working. I would not recommend Treelands Castle to a friend.

Beautiful garden, awesome location.

Complaints & Concerns: No TV available as advertised, no Internet available as advertised, shower door is broken, heater wheels broken off, hot water tap in bathroom not working. 1x dining room chair leg is very wobbly, lounge suite is damaged (material splitting).

The ceiling in the downstairs toilet has COMPLETELY caved in on one side and now hangs dangerously low. The shutters of the leather of the bunk beds are loose and a danger! The bunk beds are a loincloth danger! The bathroom drain stinks. VERY. The faucet of the sink in the kitchen is completely gone and the sink needs a thorough scrubbing! The shower doors, tiles, walls are moldy and really creepy! Dead flies were lying everywhere. The windows are very dirty. The cupboards are not clean inside and . The covers of the sofas were torn. The dining room chairs are lumbar. No board games (boxes are empty) The linen is stained. Pros: Comfortable beds.
