Treklaer Lodge is situated in the holiday town of Hartenbos, a few minutes drive from Mossel Bay and some 45 km outside George. The lodge is within close proximity, walking distance of the main beach, water and entertainment park, restaurants like Spur and Ocean Basket, coffee shops, gym, an indoor heated swimming pool, cold water swimming pool and shopping mall.

There is a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom self-catering unit, each with 1 bathroom and able to accommodate up to 5 people with ease and are best suited to small families. Each unit features a well-equipped kitchen, living areas with flat-screen TVs, all DSTV channels, Wi-Fi and indoor braai facilities.

Also available are 2 luxurious en-suite bedrooms in the Guesthouse.These rooms are spacious and have DStv, Netflix, Showmax and free WiFi. The rooms have access to a shared lounge area, kitchen, stoep with braai as well as a deck with amazing views over the ocean, Robben Island and Mossel Bay area.

The units have an electronic private entrance and the property is secured by an armed response unit. Secure undercover parking is provided. The very famous "Hennie's" bar and restaurant, newly opened, is located just across the road.
