Taxes and Extras
Child policy:
Unfortunately, no children under the age of 12 years are allowed at the lodge.
Children between the ages of 12 - 17 years that share with 1 or 2 adults, will be charged a third person supplement rate on a Fully Inclusive basis.
Check in at Bakubung by 13:30 daily. There are only 1 transfer per day to the lodge to ensure privacy.
Please note that guest vehicles are parked in protected bays at Bakubung Bush Lodge. No private vehicles are permitted at Tshukudu Bush Lodge.
For the full Tshukudu bush experience, there are no radios, TVs or telephones. Cell phone reception is very limited.
For any guests who may have special dietary requirements, please notify reservations at least 48 hours in advance.
Tshukudu Bush Lodge is situated high on a rocky outcrop. To reach the cottages, guests are required to climb 132 steps which makes the area inaccessible to the physically challenged.
The refreshing pool is accessible to all residents. Please be advised that there are no lifeguards on duty, however we do have staff trained in first aid to assist should there be any emergency.
Cancellation Policy - Custom
Cancellations - for two or less rooms - within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
Cancellations - for three to nine rooms - within seven days prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
Cancellations - ten rooms or more, group cancellation policy will apply.
