Description
T&T Thiart Fisherman's Cottage is a spacious self-catering family cottage located 250 m from Kersbosstrand, the safest beach at Dwarskersbos. Dwarskersbos is 2 hours drive from Cape Town, and is close to many great little towns including Paternoster, Elands Bay and Velddrif. Visitors can enjoy swimming, birdwatching, hiking and fishing, and there are golf clubs, pubs and restaurants close by.
The cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 2 full bathrooms with a bath and a shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, microwave, kettle, and cutlery and crockery. There is a scullery with a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The dining area contains two 4-seater dining tables and a built-in indoor braai. The lounge contains seating and a TV with a selection of DStv channels. Wi-Fi is available.
Outside, there is a covered verandah with outdoor dining furniture and a built-in braai facility. A double lock-up garage is available, and there is safe enclosed parking for extra cars or trailers.
