Lovely one night stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Tuishuis. We were a family of 5, so booked two rooms - one was self-catering - right next door to each other. In my inquiry, I asked for an extra mattress for the third child, which was provided. The rooms were clean and both had a fridge in them. We ordered dinner from Mr Delivery and ate at one of the tables in the garden. The gardens are lovely with some birdlife. The kids enjoyed running around and stretching their legs after our long drive from Durban. We were concerned about the frog calls at night due to the close proximity of the ponds but they were not intrusive. We are both light-sensitive sleepers, so the light outside our door did bother us at night - perhaps the curtains could have block-out or a thicker lining added. The breakfast in the morning was delicious especially the scrambled eggs. It is close to shops and restaurants. We would stay there again if we went back to Pretoria.
