Tuscany @ Sea 56 offers small and comfortable self-catering accommodation with a lovely ocean view and a separate entrance on the owner’s property. It is located only 500 m from the beach in the heart of Tergniet.

This duplex apartment can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises a bedroom which has ocean views, direct balcony access and is furnished with a double bed. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. Linen and towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own bedding for the sleeper couch (there are 2 pillows).

The living area occupies the ground level and features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with a double sleeper couch and a TV with DStv. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

This unit opens up onto a patio with a dining table and a built-in braai. The top level opens up onto a balcony which is an ideal spot for a morning coffee while enjoying the views. Guests are afforded parking spaces for 2 vehicles. There is a play area for children just across the road and the beach is within walking distance.
