Tweni Cottage is tucked away between Kalk Bay and Simon’s Town in the Silvermine Valley. The cottage overlooks Clovelly Country Club and the golf course, with views of Noordhoek Beach and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.
This cosy cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers a bathroom fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet, and a basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, cutlery, and crockery. The lounge features comfortable couches and a TV.
On the deck, there is a dining table with 6 chairs, as well as a patio suite with 2 chairs and a coffee table. This area offers a reprieve from the south easter winds as it is tucked behind a small mountain. The deck has 3 roll down binds for wind and sun protection as needed. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles as well as an outdoor braai area on main deck.
There is backup power and an inverter for the TV and WiFi during power outages. With a gas stove top, guests will not be much inconvenienced by loadshedding.
The golf course and country club is a 750 m walk away from the cottage. Visitors are welcome. And the Clovelly and Fish Hoek beaches are just 1 km away.
There are many excellent restaurants nearby in the scenic Kalk Bay area. Guests also have immediate access to hiking trails up the Silvermine Valley and in the surrounding mountainside.
