Description
Nestled in the upmarket Pecanwood Estate on the banks of the Hartebeespoort Dam, Twin Greens is a spectacular holiday home 75 km from Johannesburg, and provides the ideal relaxing getaway with lovely views of the golf course.
The stylish 5-bedroom house can accommodate 10 adults with 2 children and boasts a large private garden. There are 2 bedrooms furnished with a queen-size bed each, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A mattress for 2 children is also available. A third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a bath. The fourth and fifth bedroom each contain a queen-size bed, and share the use of a bathroom with a shower and a bath.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar, the 8-seater dining table or 8 seater patio table.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with Netflix and DStv channels, and a cosy fireplace.
The living area opens onto a patio with outdoor seating as well as a dining area, and a Jacuzzi is available for use. Secure parking is available. Parties, as well as loud noise and disturbances, are not allowed; excessive noise will result in security being called and guests evicted.
The estate offers a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, a spa, a swimming pool, a gym, walking trails, boating facilities, restaurants and tennis courts.
