Description

Uitspanoord is nestled on the banks of the Vaal River and is situated in Barkly West, a quaint town off the N12 located north-west of Kimberley. Accommodation is offered in a variety of units set in a leafy garden with a swimming pool.

Guests have the option of a 2-bedroom chalet, 2 wooden cottages, or 3 rooms located separately from the main building. Each unit has a private bathroom.

The 2-bedroom chalet can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers a private bathroom, an open-plan living area and kitchen. It also features its own braai area and lapa.

The raised wooden cottages are built on stilts and accommodate 4 guests each. The open-plan units feature a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette equipped for basic self-catering.

All the units have air-conditioning as well as a TV with selected DStv which is controlled from the main house, as well as Openview.

Guests can relax by the pool or the riverbank and can venture out into the deep waters on a canoe or paddle-ski. There is shade, lawns and braai areas.
