A lovely stay in a well appointed house. I highly recommend staying there.

Many thanks to Chris, a gracious host who made sure to sort key arrangements for us, good communication as well as trying to accommodate us when our plans changed. The house is well appointed and the extra flatlet is ideal! I highly recommend staying at Unique House Hout Bay.

Amazing house to relax with friends.

An amazing house with the most beautiful garden, supreme swimming pool and large comfortable bedrooms and lounges to chill in. We had the best weekend with a group of friends. Spacious, clean and beautiful surrounding. Felt as if we were in a different country, even though we are all from Cape Town. Excellent value for money. Can definitely recommend this house if you are in need of a break and want to have a good time with friends or family.

Stunning, fantastic stay.

The host was really awesome, beautiful home, equipped with everything you need, pool and grounds was our highlight. Will definitely go back.

Idyllic, safe and peaceful.

Very nice, homely place. Laundry room light was unfortunately not working and nothing was done about it. The microwave was in that room, so it was a bit of a hassle. Parking is fine if you arrive with two cars. Three could prove a problem as the owner's Jeep was parked there as well. Otherwise it is a nice place for a getaway, if you don't want to watch TV, as there is no TV in the house. I enjoyed the house and the two fireplaces. Only downside was the fact I had to drive to get milk, tea and sugar upon arrival, and there should be more dirt bins.
