Description
Unique Hout Bay House is a holiday house perfectly situated within close proximity to the beach, wineries, hikes, shops, and some of Cape Town's best restaurants. It boasts views of mountains all around, and is very private and peaceful.
The property is sloping slightly, and the house has three split levels. The house comprises 4 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, 2 with a double bed in each, and 1 with 2 single beds. All 4 bedrooms have separate doors leading directly to the garden and pool. A flatlet is available for an additional 2 guests. There are 2 bathrooms and a seperate toilet. The bathrooms are fitted with a bath and/or a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, and tea- and coffee- making facilities. The house boasts a comfortable lounge with leather couches, and a large family dining room with a table that seats 10, each with its own fireplace.
The half-acre includes a lush garden, pool, deck, fire pit, and built-in braai, ideal for relaxing. The property is secure with an electric gate and room to park four cars. The pool and garden is maintained twice a week.
