House Rules
Children aged between 0 and 18 pay 100% of the sliding scale rate.
Additional towel change is available at an additional cost per towel. Additional linen change is available at an additional cost per queen bed and per single bed. This does not include towel or linen change on the normal weekly cleaning.
No ironing or laundry, this is at an additional charge.

No additional guest are allowed without prior arrangement.
No noise or disturbance - guests will be asked to leave the property in such an event.
Parking for 1 vehicle only, additional can be arranged.
Check-in/out:
- Check-in is from 15H00 to 18H00. At an additional cost per hour for late arrivals without prior arrangement of at least 48 hours.
- Check out is from 06H00 to 10H00. At an additional cost per hour thereafter for late check-outs without prior arrangement of at least 48 hours.
For pre-arranged check-ins after 18:00, due to late flight/driving arrivals, a fee of an additional cost is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over. This does not include general late arrivals 48 hours prior to arrival confirmation.
Utilities are supplied. Once depleted, utilities would be for the guests own account, which is bought through UniqueStay. Please keep an eye on the units and advise us in advance when the units are low, to avoid running out.
The property is self-catering, meaning the property supplies the first essential items like toilet paper, body soap etc. at check in/arrival. Guest need to top up themselves thereafter. Guest are welcome to advise on any additional items they require prior to arrival which the property will purchase and allocate to the guests account.
