Unit 32 Port Owen Marina is a fully furnished, privately owned self-catering unit ideally located in the secure Port Owen Marina complex, set on the banks for the marina in Velddrif. There are plenty of activities for the family to enjoy including paddle boats, kayaking, chess, putt putt, and bird cruises.
The unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom contains a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and is fitted with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble-dryer. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains a double sleeper couch that can accommodate 2 additional guests. There is a flat-screen TV with Open View channels. Wi-Fi is available. Sliding doors open to a balcony with a 6-seater outdoor dining table and a kettle braai facility.
The complex offers a lovely communal swimming pool. Guests can bring their own boat as there is a jetty.
