Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R800 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- Optional arrival dinners and departure breakfasts are available, at an additional charge, to be discussed after booking is confirmed.
- A refundable key and breakage deposit of R800 will be required.
- The Jacuzzis are charged at a nominal, extra rate plus metered electricity.
- Electricity is on a pay-as-you-go once you have reached your pre-loaded quota.
- DStv compact is included in your package.
- Fishing charters can be arranged on board a private fishing boat - catches guaranteed. Booking is essential from R650pp full day.
- Boat charters can be arranged taking up to 30 people - 3 hours costs on average R250pp.
- For more intimate trips book our aqua uber, Venue Africa, for an hour or two - R250pp, minimum 4 persons.
- One, small, well-behaved pet may be permitted by prior arrangement. Although the apartments are not on ground level, they are, however, spacious with separate, cordoned off spaces for small pets. Failure to announce pets accompanying guests may incur additional fees. Leashes and cleaing up after the pet is compulsory.
- Guests who do not have a pet receive a refund of the key deposit on prompt departure. Those who do have a pet will have to wait for final inspection post their visit before their deposit is refunded and there may be an additional cleaning fee. Preferably bring your own blankets in cold weather if accompanied by a pet as this may avoid additional laundering costs.
