Description

The Vaal Marina Guest House is a homely and welcoming guest house situated in the Vaal Marina on the Vaal Dam, just an hour's drive from Johannesburg, making it ideal for a relaxed weekend away. The Vaal Dam is famous for sailing, power boating, waterskiing, canoeing, and fishing.

Accommodation is offered in 5 units. The Honeymoon Suite is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and handheld shower. Units 2 and 3 are furnished with twin beds and share a bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. The Family Unit is a 6-sleeper furnished with 4 single beds and a bunk bed. The Family Unit has an en-suite shower and toilet. Unit 5 can accommodate 4 people and is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed.

Each room contains a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels, a bar fridge, a hairdryer, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available.

These units use the shared dining, living and entertainment area with an L-Shape couch and a 60" TV with DSTV and Netflix. The room also features an 8-Seater dining table, a pool table and a sound system.

There is a thatched Lapa outside with braai facilities, a fridge, microwave, outdoor dining furniture, a garden area and a splash pool. There is also a fire pit for guests to enjoy. Guests can also go for Spa treatments at an additional cost.
