Valley Vista Lodge is an upmarket guest house ideally situated in the suburb of Athlone, approximately 3 km from the Pietermaritzburg CBD. The guest house offers stunning views over the city and the surrounding areas. It is easily accessible from the freeway, and is close to various shops, restaurants, and schools.

Valley Vista Lodge is decorated in an ethnic and wildlife theme, and has a reputation for top quality service and many satisfied repeat customers.

Accommodation is offered in 10 guest rooms, all of which are en suite. Each guest room features a TV with selected DStv channels, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a hairdryer, and a bar fridge. Self-catering options are also available, in rooms equipped with kitchenettes, and lounge and dining areas.
