Victory View offers comfortable accommodation in an open-plan studio apartment with its own entrance, situated on a residential property where the owners reside. Victory View offers a stunning position above a yacht basin in Simon’s Town, with beautiful views of False Bay. One can awake to the sound of seagulls, and enjoy spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset.

The studio apartment comprises a king-size bed which can be converted into 2 single beds on request, an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a heated towel rail, a kitchenette, and a seating area. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a small fridge, a 2-plate gas hob, and utensils. Tea and coffee is available, and the apartment is equipped with a hairdryer, and an iron and ironing board. The apartment is also equipped with a TV with full DStv.

The apartment is fully glassed on one side, and looks onto a large, sheltered private patio overlooking the ocean. The patio is partially covered and contains braai facilities. Guests have access to off-street parking. For those not wanting to climb a flight of stairs, there is a funicular which stops at the front door of the guest apartment. A continental breakfast is available, as well as the option of the self-catering kitchenette with breakfast nook in the guest apartment.

The quaint town of Simon’s Town offers restaurants, coffee shops, Jubilee Square and the Simon’s Town Waterfront. Seaforth Beach is 1.6 km from the property, and Boulders Beach and Penguin Colony is 2.4 km away. Guests can also enjoy early morning walks along the mountainside.
