Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is charged on each booking and is payable directly to the owner. Payments are made via EFT before the check-out date. This deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after thecheck-out date, provided there are no breakages or damages to the house.
A R500 cleaning fee is levied on each booking.
It is a home and we are asking for the property and the neighbors to be respected. Loud parties and any disturbances regarding the house and the neighborhood are not tolerated at all.
The house can accommodate only 6 people and nothing more.
Smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed.
