Description
Villa in the Glen is an upmarket self-catering home located in the area of Gardens, in Cape Town. The villa offers comfortable accommodation and is also the ideal base from which to explore the various attractions in and around the CBD.
This double-story home can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 en-suite bedrooms and open-plan living areas. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a 4-poster double bed. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower or bath.
On the lower level, the fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals, including an espresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and other appliances. The main open-plan living area leads out to the covered patio that has patio furniture and a braai area, overlooking the Astroturf lawn and a swimming pool.
Load shedding is covered with an inverter system.
The house also boasts a TV and reading lounge with Apple TV and DStv viewing, a sound system throughout the house, uncapped Wi-Fi Internet, garage parking for 3 cars, and an alarm system linked to a security company.
