Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R700 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Please note, if there are balances payable by the guest, payment is due 30 days prior to arrival directly to Villla Konstanja's bank account as cash cannot be accepted at the Villa.
An additional cleaning fee is payable over and above accommodation rates.
A refundable breakage deposit payable over and above accommodation rates will be refunded within 7 business days after departure should there be no damages to the property.
Guests must please bring their own swimming towels.
The establishment is pet-friendly on prior arrangements at an additional cost of R200 per pet per stay. Pets must be house trained and guests are required to provide their own pet beds and bedding as well as bowls.
