The property does not allow under 25 years old to book unaccompanied by an adult.
Villa Royale is a residential complex with a no noise policy.
In order for a booking to be honoured, Villa Royale 710 requires:
1. A copy of guests ID / Passport of all adults
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen);
3. Signed and completed booking forms and booking rules
4. Vehicle registration number/s

R 400 Laundry fee(only applicable to 2 night bookings)
A 1-hour cleaning service is available which include sweeping, mopping, making of beds, as well as sanitizing of bathrooms. Please note these services do not include the washing of dishes. The services are not available on Public Holidays or Sundays, only on Mondays to Saturdays.
No towels are provided.
Extremely steep walk down to the beach from pool area in complex, and an alternative path to beach on parking bay, south side of complex.
Villa Royale is situated on a cliff with wonderful sea views
Sheffield Beach is not a swimming beach, the closest swimming beach is Salt Rock Beach.
