Dear Henk J,
When you checked in on Sunday we advised you that a guest staying in the house was celebrating his 65th birthday and that you and another couple were the only guests checked in. We advised you on check in. You didn’t raise this with me as the establishment owner but simply picked up your bags and left 5 mins after arriving. There were 2 children at the house who were not guests.
It’s a pity you did not give us an opportunity to remedy the situation
