Villa Toledo is a tastefully furnished Spanish-style villa situated in Faerie Glen, a centrally located suburb in Pretoria East which is about 5 km from the N1 and N4. Menlyn Maine and many other popular shopping centres, medical facilities and restaurants are also within close proximity.

This air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and the third bedroom has 1 single bed. The remaining bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. The villa also has 1 guest toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There's also a scullery for guests to utilise. The dining room has a dining table with chairs and the spacious living area has a lounge suite, fireplace and a flat-screen TV installed with Disney+.

The covered patio has outdoor furniture where guests can relax with a view of the lovely garden. There’s a wood-burning pizza oven and braai facilities. Secure parking is available on the premises in the garage and behind an automated gate. This villa utilises solar panels with battery backup and a solar geyser in the event of power outages.
