Villapreez is a spacious self-catering holiday home for up to 8 people in Swakopmund, just 900 m from the beach.
The double-storey house comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms, 2 kitchens, a dining area, an indoor braai area, and a lounge. Located on the first floor, the main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, comfy couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath.
This floor also has a kitchen with a dishwasher, an office with a printer, and the floor opens onto a balcony with a gas braai.
Situated on the ground floor, one of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, and has a shower and a bath en suite. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds which can be converted into a king-size bed, and have en-suite bathrooms with shower.
The large kitchen is with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table, and relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels.
Guests can visit the Plaz Am Meer shopping centre, the National Marine Aquarium, the Swakopmund Museum or the Swakopmund Hotel and Entertainment centre, and the area offers various activities such as sandboarding, kayaking, fishing, golfing, dune, and quad biking tours.
