The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a separate bathroom fitted with a shower. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards with ample space. The sitting room has a comfortable three-quarter size sleeper couch for a 5th person.
The open-plan fully equipped kitchen contains a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a washer-dryer combo machine, including a coffee and tea station. The adjacent living area also features a TV with access to selected Apps and Netflix; free uncapped Wi-Fi access is available.
Stack doors open from the living area onto the balcony, which overlooks the water; these doors can be opened all together for the perfect indoor-outdoor atmosphere. The front door is secured with a keyless lock that is opened with a code, which is supplied by the owner. The unit also has a safe and secure parking space.
Guests can enjoy early morning walks or evening strolls on Clapton Beach nearby, and there are restaurants just 5 minutes away.
