Vivere Holiday House offers comfortable self-catering accommodation and is located in Hermanus. This holiday home is ideally situated near to the town centre, as well as popular whale-watching spots and other attractions to visit.
This fully furnished double-storey home can accommodate up to 12 persons and comprises 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The main, second and third bedrooms each contain a king-size bed; the fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, the fifth bedroom has 2 single beds, and the sixth bedroom has 1 single bed and a single mattress. Both bath and shower facilities are available in the bathrooms.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes 4 fridges, a designer gas stove with an oven, a microwave, and a range of utensils, crockery and cutlery. The main dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, and leads out onto the pool and patio dining area. There are 3 sitting areas which guests have access to: the main sitting room with a TV that has selected DStv channels; an informal family TV room upstairs, and the conservatory which opens out onto the gardens.
The well-manicured gardens also features a herb garden to one side, as well as the boules court. On the other side of the home, there is a wonderful courtyard that offers an escape from inclement weather.
The house also has a games patio with a table tennis table and a dartboard, including an old-fashioned bower where you can have your alfresco meals.
