Wagtails Rest offers comfortably furnished self-catering apartments located in a quiet crescent on a residential property in Duynefontein, Melkbosstrand. The guest house is ideally situated nearby the beach, numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the Koeberg Private Nature reserve which offers walking and cycling routes.

Accommodation at Wagtails Rest comprises 2 private studio apartments, which can accommodate between 1 to 2 persons.

Studio Apartment A is suitable for 2 guests and consists of an open-plan layout with a sleeping area; 1 bathroom with walk-in shower; a seating area, and a well-equipped kitchenette that contains appliances to cook meals.

Studio Apartment B is suitable for 1 guest and consists of open-plan living. This unit has a sleeping area; 1 bathroom with walk in-shower; a seating area, and a kitchenette that contains appliances to cook meals.

Both units feature a wall-mounted Smart TV with Premium DStv channels and free Wi-Fi access. In addition, both units open up onto a semi-enclosed area that has outdoor seating and a table. Braai facilities are available including braai utensils and complimentary firestarters and wood for your first evening braai.

For guest’s peace of mind, the property has secure off-street parking and a security system linked to armed response, as well as a safe to lock up valuables. Wagtails Rest is also situated nearby to the MyCiTi Bus stop.
