Hi Evelyn. Yes fully agree the unit isnt meant for a family as only two people allowed as advertised. The diswashing liquid is in a dispenser and not a bottle, maybe got confused with it being hand wash as the dispenser always gets filled. As for the internet, i did explain we have been having major issues before your arrival and had to use a 5G unit from different provider and it being located in your room seems to have been an issue with reception, but we back on stable 60mbps for the apartments and 100mbps for mainhouse again and we apologize again that we couldn't have our normal service running during your stay. As for the towels, we might have missed placed it out as we unfortunately had a late checkout, we asked a few times if all is good and you should have raised this with us. Sorry for the inconvenience.
