Warthog's Den is located in Kranspoort Holiday Village in the Loskop Valley's lovely bushveld, 45 km northeast of Middelburg along the N11 in Mpumalanga.

Warthog's Den can accommodate up to 12 guests in 2 stylishly furnished guest units, 1 guest room and a luxury safari tent. Linen and bath towels are provided and there are tea and coffee facilities and fresh rusks. All the units, the room and the tent have air conditioning.

The units are serviced every third day, but not on weekends or public holidays.

Warthog's Den has a temperature-regulated pool suited for the warmer months. Guests must please bring their own swimming towels. Warthog's Den's 4x4 guided adventure game drives with FGASA-qualified guides are also very popular.

Kranspoort's location is ideal for nature lovers and adventurers. There are several game species on the farm that graze freely between the houses. The farm is 1000 ha big and it is safe to go hiking and mountain biking. Kranspoort Dam is ideal for fishing, catch-and-release only, but beware of the crocodiles and hippos.

There are more than 220 bird species in the area, and a bird hide offers the ideal opportunity for bird watching and photography.

Kranspoort has a challenging 9-hole golf course where golf days and competitions are held regularly, therefore, it is best to book early.

There are plenty of restaurants in the area.

Waterfall Lodge is only 1 km from Kranspoort and has a short hiking trail of about 1 km that leaads to a breathtakingly beautiful waterfall. Other activities are also offered.

Loskop Dam is situated just 6 km from Kranspoort and offers various activities from fishing competitions to boat trips on the dam. The Meraki Spa offers lovely treatments.

ZIPX's Zipline, with 7 lines crossing the Little Elephant River Gorge, is a must do.
