The Juliette complex is situated between the One and Only Hotel and Cape Grace Hotel; this is one of the best positions to enjoy the natural beauty of Cape Town.
As soon as you walk through the door you will feel at home in this luxurious apartment, beautifully decorated with African touches. The apartment is completely secure with strict security procedures ruling the whole complex. The walk to the shops and restaurants via private walkways along the water's edge is an absolute pleasure.
Waterfront Stays 109 can accommodate up to 2 guests, and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave. The lounge contains satellite plasma TV with full DStv bouquet, a DVD player, and uncapped Wi-Fi.
