Welcome Home Cottage

Four fabulous days.

My husband, daughter and I enjoyed the amazing hospitality of Ian and Michelle at Welcome Home Cottage. The Cottage is beautifully decorated without clutter, it is comfortable and clean and deserves the name of Welcome Home Cottage. Our hosts were pleasant and informative, we were duly spoiled by Maureen who maintains the cottage and ensures adequate provisions in the refrigerator. We will certainly make this our desired stay when returning to Piermaritzburg as we surely will be doing in the near future. Thank you to Ian and Michelle for your friendly welcome - you made our stay such a pleasure.

Ian en Michelle is gasvry, hartlik en laat jou tuis voel as of jy familie is. Altyd netjies en skoon. Die braaiplekkie is ook baie gerieflik en privaat. Ons gaan graag by jul tuis.

Sal enige tyd weer besoek.

I don't regret choosing Welcome Home Cottage.

We received such a great welcome, everything is just there including breakfast. We even had chocolates waiting for us and they were the sweetest thing ever. Definitely coming back and I have recommended this place to my sisters and friends.

Baie netjies eenheid en vriendelike mense, goed geleë, alles wat ons nodig gehad het was daar. Daar was heerlike beskuit, yogurt, muffins ens. in die yskas vir 'n vinnige ontbyt. Sal definitief weer daar gaan bly.

Very nice. There was coffee, tea, rusks, muffins, juice and milk. Was cleaned every day. Will stay there again anytime. Recommend it to any person.

Clean, neat and practical layout and beautiful. Ian and Michelle walk the extra mile for their guests. There was no water because of the water restrictions, but Ian was prepared and switched over to his water tanks.

We were welcomed by a lovely clean cottage after a long drive. Home made muffins, yoghurt and juice in the fridge. Well worth every cent.

Excellent place to stay.

Welcome Home Cottage went out of their way to assist us while staying. Service was excellent, owner went out of his way to ensure that we are at all times safe and happy with our stay. Very friendly staff working at Welcome Home Cottage.Will recommend them to everybody visiting Pietermaritzburg.

Was verwelkom by die eienaar en was baie hulpvaardig. Baie gerieflik en 'n aangename verblyf. Baie dankie vir die verwysing.

The cottage was more beautiful than expected, beautiful decor and so many little things in the cottage to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The cottage is neatly furnished. The owners made sure that all the finer details have been taken care of to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Very pleasant hosts. I will recommend the stay to anyone who wants to stay in Pietermaritzburg.

Uistekende en netjiese verbyf!

Uitstekende verblyf, baie netjies en pragtig gemeubileerd. Ons was baie verras om 'n groter eenheid te kry as wat ons bespreek het sonder enige ekstra kostes. Ian het uit sy pad gegaan om ons tuis te laat voel en het baie moeite gedoen om aan ons behoeftes te voldoen. Ons sal Welcome Home Cottage ten sterkste aanbeveel!

Good location, very neat and safe.

It was very nice to sleep there and we had a good rest. Very neat.

The accommodation is close to the main roads. You have your own private entrance, which makes it very convenient. The house is clean and has everything you could need to cook your own food. Hospitality and service is excellent. Had a very nice stay and will book here again.

Sal Welcome Home Cottage beslis aanbeveel. Ian en sy vrou is twee baie wonderlike mensies wat n mens met ope arms ontvang en hulle gaan uit hulle pad uit om jou baie tuis te laat voel. Baie dankie vir julle. Perseel en kamers is baie baie netjies. Geen geen klagtes nie.

Aangename en sentrale verblyf in Pietermaritzburg.

Vriendelike ontvangs deur gasheer en gasvrou. Welcome Home cottage is smaakvol gemeubileer. Die plek was netjies en skoon. Ons sal vir seker weer van die plek gebruikmaak in die toekoms.

Luxury accommodation, feels like home.

It felt like staying at home, very convenient and close to where we wanted to be.
