Description

Weltevreden Game Lodge is situated only 25km from Bloemfontein, on the banks of the Modder River. Ideal location for peaceful break away from the daily hustle and bustle, or for corporate functions, team building and intimate weddings. We have no Restaurant/ Bar or shop, but all catering and coordination can be arranged with our venue hire options for groups.

Accommodation offered in chalets or cabanas.

Our chalets can each accommodate 4 adults or 2 Adults and 2 children. They comprise 2 bedrooms with king or single beds in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the loft room upstairs. Each chalet has a kitchenette equipped with a bar fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, electrical frying pan and basic cutlery and crockery needed. There are also pots in pans that must be booked in advance.

Our cabanas are more suited for an over-night stay and can accommodate 2 adults on a king bed and 2 children under the age of 12 on a sleeper couch. These open-plan units have a kitchenette equipped with a small bar fridge, microwave and basic crockery and cutlery.

All units have braai facilities, please remember to bring your own wood and fire lighters.

Activities include game drives and bird watching, fishing, hole-in-one golf, picnics and sun-downers on the deck overlooking the river, or at view point.
