Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R650 is payable directly to the establishment.

The apartment is a self-catering and self-service accommodation apartment.
The apartment will not be cleaned during occupation by guests, including dishes. Guests need to provide own toiletries and food.
We do not have a credit/debit card facility and do not accept cash for your stay .
All payments must be made via electronic funds transfer / EFT.
Key and Breakage deposit R 300.00 is payable in cash upon arrival. A Kayak can be hired by prior arrangement and is payable on arrival in cash. A refundable breakage deposit of R300 per Kayak and R100 per life jacket.
Deposit is refundable by bank transfer within 5 – 7 working days after departure, once the house has been inspected and all found in order.
Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked for are found to be utilising the premises.
Please furnish us with your banking details on arrival. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the key and breakage deposit has been received.
Please note that a cleaning fee could be deducted from the key and breakage deposit for houses that are left with excessive dirty dishes and/or linen or any other unsatisfactory state.
Any damages caused by paying guests or their visitors to the property or premises due to bad behavior or carelessness will be for the paying guest’s account, in such circumstances, no fees will be refundable.
No Smoking inside any of the apartments
Management reserves the right of admission and guests not abiding by these rules may be asked to leave the premises immediately.
