House Rules
Wild Dog Guest Lodge & Hoedspruit Wildlife Reserve rules and regulations:
Strictly no Loud Noise/Music or parties. Respect our nature and neighbours. Please keep noise to a minimum.
Reservation details must be confirmed in writing, not telephonically.
All Guests' IDs are required upon check-in.
No fireworks are allowed.
No littering will be tolerated.
Speed Limit:
40km/h - tarred roads
20km/h - dirt roads
No day visitors are allowed.
Check-in is from 14h00 - 20h00. Our office closes at 20h00. Late arrival fee: R200 per hour. No check-ins will be accepted after 23:00.
Check-out: 6h00 - 10h00. Housekeeping will start preparing units for the next guests arriving.
There are security control cameras at the exit point.
Guests will be held responsible for paying for damages - including Linen.
Please confirm your estimated arrival time with the hosts.
The rooms are serviced daily.
Firewood can be purchased from the main lodge.
A laundry service can be provided at an additional fee.
Full continental breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 at R220 per person per morning.
Bedding, bath and swimming towels, body wash, shampoo, and body cream are provided.
Swimming Pool Policy:
No lifeguard at the pool and children under 12 must be supervised.
The swimming pool is exclusively for Wild Dog Inn Guests.
Hours of pool operation are from 08:00 to 19:00.
Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.
The use of an infant life vest or arm tubes is encouraged.
Running by the side of the pool is not permitted. Pool users are requested to maintain decorum at all times.
Persons under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to use the pool.
Food and beverages from outside the lodge are not allowed in the pool area.
These rules and regulations are subject to change at any time without notice.
Guests swim at their own risk and the lodge will not be responsible for any injuries while using the lodge facilities.
No glass bottles or glasses are allowed in or directly around the swimming pool.
