House Rules
Breakfast is an additional R220 per person for buffet breakfast from 8:00 till 9:30 or for the early birds a breakfast pack is available on request.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable upfront
The full amount must be paid in full before rooms can be occupied and are non-refundable.
- No parties or music is allowed.
- No smoking in rooms.
- Moderate alcohol use may be permitted in rooms only.
- No Alcohol is allowed outside and at braai facilities, please be considerate and accommodate other guests and kids that play outside.
- No non-staying guests will be allowed to visit unless arranged.
- Non-compliance will lead to eviction without a refund.
- You are welcome to use the pool.
- The main braai area is for functions and prior arrangements must be made for use.
- The reservation may not be transferred, nor may occupation be taken by anyone other than the people for whom the booking has been made, except by specific arrangement with the management.
- No animals may be brought or kept on the premises.
- Laundry can be done by arrangement.
- Please let us know in advance if you are bringing children. We can provide a cot and a high chair, subject to availability.
- For last-minute bookings (less than 48 hours’ notice), we require the full amount of your stay on arrival.
- The period of occupation is from 14h00 latest 22:00pm on the day of arrival to 10h00 on the day of departure.
- In the unlikely event that due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot deliver your requested rooms, we will offer you alternative rooms where possible.
- We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately, without being liable for any refund or compensation, if you should behave unacceptably, or cause nuisance or disturbance to other guests.
