Overall good.

Very nice venue and location. Although there is a food preparation area and a microwave, there are no washing up facilities.

Willow Brooke guest suite is advertised as a suite, not self-catering. I send a free daily cleaning service to ensure all dishes are washed, clean and neat for guests, as well as top up tea and coffee. I am sorry you misunderstood the description of the room.
