Description

Windmill Farm offers self-catering cottages, and is situated on an 80-hectare tranquil and picturesque farm that borders the Free State. The farm is the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding attractions in the area, away from city life.

Accommodation at Windmill Farm comprises 10 cottages, which can accommodate between 2 to 6 persons. These units consists of either open-plan living or separate bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a living area with an open-plan kitchen or kitchenette to prepare or cook meals.

8 of the cottages include towels and linen, a TV with selected DStv channels, and a patio with a braai area. There is a restaurant on the property named The Phatt Chef Roadside diner where guests can dine at, however, bookings are essential.

Windmill Farm is also situated approximately 20 minutes drive from the Royal Natal National Park, which offers walking and hiking paths, 40 km from the town of Bergville, 20 km from Sterkfontein Dam Nature Reserve, and 301 km from King Shaka International Airport.
