Description
Witmos Oxwagon Camp offers an African outdoor experience by accommodating guests in restored ox-wagons dating back 200 years located on a working farm in the rugged hills of Witmoskloof, Somerset East (KwaNojoli).
There are 7 of these cosy ox-wagons which can each accommodate 2 guests. Each wagon is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. All guests make use of a communal bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, washbasin, and toilet. An additional mattress can be arranged on request for a child.
The main lodge offers a communal kitchen, dining space, and lounge area that has a stone fireplace and comfy seating. Solar electricity for lighting and mobile phone charging is available as well as complimentary Wi-Fi.
The farm offers guests an opportunity to go mountain biking, and hiking as well as some game viewing which will include kudu, springbuck, sable, blesbuck, mountain reedbuck and duiker.
