15 Woodford is a modern villa situated in the heart of Camps Bay, and offers wonderful views of the ocean. The villa is ideal for large families or groups looking for exclusivity and privacy, just a short drive from Camps Bay Beach and promenade.
The villa is situated over 2 levels with access to the lower level via stairs, and offers wide open spaces, large rooms and a large outdoor area with a family pool. It can accommodate 12 guests and comprises 6 bedrooms.
The first bedroom is on the top level and contains an extra-length king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds, and 2 en-suite bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. This room has sea views and a private balcony, and is equipped with air-conditioning and a TV. The second bedroom is on the top level and contains a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. This room has sea views. The third bedroom is on the top level and contains a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room has sea views. The fourth bedroom contains a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room is equipped with a TV and has sea and mountain views.
The fifth bedroom is on the main level and contains a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower and bidet. This en-suite bathroom is shared with the bedroom 6. The sixth bedroom is also on the main level and contains a queen-size bed and shares the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 5.
The open-plan living area includes a lounge with a built-in sound system, air-conditioning and heating, a dining room with a 12-seater dining table, and a guest toilet. The lounge opens onto a patio area with a swimming pool, a gas braai, and outside furniture. The TV room has a TV with a DVD player, and sliding doors that lead onto the patio. It also has air-conditioning, heating and sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, a griller, a double fridge, and a coffee machine, as well as a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble-dryer. Both the kitchen and dining room have air-conditioning and heating.
