Description
Xanske's Place is a self-catering holiday house ideally located only one block from the main beach in Kleinmond and within walking distance to the shops.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and contains 3 bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The main bedroom contains a double bed with an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. The second bedroom also contains a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 bunk beds. The unit also features a second bathroom.
The comfortable lounge area includes a TV and DStv, just bring your own smart card. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and includes a microwave, stove and oven, a fridge and a dishwasher. The unit also comes equipped with an indoor braai. There is a fenced-in garden with a lovely patio, boma braai area and a lovely wood-fired hot tub to relax in. You must bring own wood. We can order wood for you. A price list can be send to you once your booking is confirmed.
Guests have access to an outside shower to wash off beach sand and a laundry room with a washing machine and WiFi. The establishment is pet friendly. No Garage available
Visitors to Kleinmond have access to river rafting, hiking, horse riding and mountain biking. Safe swimming in lagoons, walking, hiking, bird watching, exciting rocky tidal pool and fishing.
