Peaceful & beautiful.

Staying at Zonderlust Boutique was such a beautiful experience. The place is filled with so much history. It's peaceful & a great stay to enjoy a nice break. The eco-friendly pool was really cool and a different experience. I would like to give a special thanks to the Operations Manager. I believe he was (cannot remember his name) but he was so sweet, with a big beautiful smile, and made us feel so at ease when he welcomed us and gave us a history tour of the house, which I loved. Close by to many great restaurants and shops.

Extremely unpleasant.

The parking area is neglected and looks backward when you drive in. When I stepped in, I was greeted with a smell of smoke that hung heavy in the hallway and burned my throat. The roof in the room leaked and the rain didn't make it any easier. We were supposed to have breakfast on the upper level, but I refused, as I would then have to walk past the bar again where the smell of smoke hangs. So peaceful and safe. Close to everything.

I'm not really a fan of the swimming pool, but I respect that that is the theme of the beautiful garden. Eco friendly. I did a cycle race in Paarl, I really appreciated the fact that the kitchen kept my breakfast until I was done with the race just before 11:00, both Saturday and Sunday.
