I stayed over for only one night, wish I could have stayed longer.

This is the second complaint we have had in 14 years of operation, and of course, that is two too many. Most of our guests love Zulani because it is away from the road, far from the gate, peaceful and safe. Most of our guests do not like signs all over the place, going right, left and left to the camp, almost all find that quite easy. The gate is opened via remote phone, not sure what other service we need to do for self-caterers unless one needs an escort to drive the 8 km. The chalet does have a over head light with the two bedside side lamps, the switch is right at the door entrance. It is true, we only turn on the water when the guests arrive. I was on my way to turn it on when these guest called. I think they waited 5 minutes for that, I am truly sorry for that delay.
